Life is a struggle. Love is everlasting. Grief is a process. My hope is find a balance and to live, love, and grieve gracefully.
Each day, I remind myself it is a new day and with this day comes an opportunity to try, again, to be more graceful. That said, some days, it just doesn’t happen.
Most parents will tell you being a parent is one of the greatest gifts we are given. I agree. When my son was diagnosed with a terminal disease, I knew my life would forever be changed. This blog is an attempt to be honest; not only to those of you who choose to follow it, but also with myself about where I have been, where I am now, and where I hope to go before it is over.
